Our Estate Planning Process
We understand that the decision to commence estate planning may not only be somewhat overwhelming, but time-consuming. It is for that reason that we have streamlined our process, in an effort to make the process as easy on you as possible, and give back time that can be spent with family. Our Estate Planning Process begins when you contact us to set an initial consultation. In order to make this first meeting as constructive as possible, we request that you prepare and return the applicable estate planning worksheet, and return to us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled meeting. This allows the staff and attorney to review the information, and have a sense of your needs in order to offer you more comprehensive proposals for your estate. To further streamline this process, these forms are now available below.

Select the form that fits your needs (either Married or Individual), print out, fill in as much information as possible, and return to our office. To ensure that your personal information is kept private, we ask that you mail the form to us at the address listed.
We offer a variety of estate planning options to fit every need; from the most basic estate plans to the highly complex. For our clients who just need “simple” estate planning, we have a process to ensure that their needs are met in the simplest, least time-consuming manner.
For our clients with more complex estates, the process fits the complexity of the estate plan needed to accomplish the desired goals.
Our goal is to ensure that no matter what type of estate planning you need, your needs are met with the least amount of inconvenience to you and your family.
