Legal Directives provides instant access to your health care directives and medical information when contacted by your medical provider using your Legal Directives wallet card, which is provided after enrollment. When contacted by your medical provider, Legal Directives will make your documents available via either fax and/or online –around the clock, and around the world. Once you are a member, you should periodically review your emergency contact and medical information stored with Legal Directives to ensure their accuracy.
